These terms govern use of suppliers-vietnam.com and the Suppliers Vietnam Intelligence Platform (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What this is
The site helps buyers describe what they want to source and helps us identify potentially relevant Vietnamese suppliers. It is an intelligence and research service, not a marketplace, not a broker of contracts, and not a guarantee that any factory, trader, or product exists, is certified, or can fulfil an order.
Your requests
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. Do not send unlawful content, secrets you are not allowed to share, or personal data about other people unless you have a right to do so.
Submitting a sourcing request does not create a contract for us to find a supplier, and it does not create a contract between you and any supplier. Introductions, if any, are informational.
No supplier warranties
We do not invent or warrant supplier facts, certifications, capacity, prices, lead times, or ownership. You must do your own due diligence before paying a deposit, signing a contract, or shipping goods. Visit, audit, and verify documents yourself or through advisors you appoint.
Accounts
Editor or admin accounts are for authorised users only. Keep credentials confidential. We may suspend access if we believe an account is misused.
Intellectual property
The site, wordmark, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish the platform except for reasonable personal or internal business use of pages we make public.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Interfere with the site or attempt unauthorised access
- Use the site to spam, defraud, or misrepresent who you are
- Harvest data from the site with automated tools except as we allow
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or procurement of substitute goods, arising from use of the site or from any supplier relationship you enter.
Our total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.
Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the site, your submissions, or your dealings with suppliers, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms or stop offering the site. The date at the top will be updated when terms change. We may refuse or discontinue service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise. Courts in Vietnam have jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to sue in your place of residence.
